What is Health Tracker?

Record your weight or migraines by sending us a quick text message or logging in online
Track your health using our simple graphs and see progress at a glance
Quickly re-order treatments using the information saved on your account
If you’d like you can also share your progress with friends and loved ones

What can I track?

If you suffer from migraines you can let us know your pain level from 1–5. Text “Migraine” followed by your pain level.
Or if you’re losing weight just let us know your current weight. Text “Weight” followed by your weight.

    No, our Health Tracker is free. All you’ll need to pay is your standard SMS message rate when you text us.

  • Do I need an iPhone or a special app?

    No, because the system uses standard SMS text messages you can use any mobile or smartphone as long as it can send messages.

  • How often should I update my data?

    It’s up to you, but we recommend trying to update your progress regularly to make it easy to track progress.
