"These work really well for me however I only need a quarter of a tablet and sometimes half every now and again. It’s important not to become reliant on them as you will ruin your own ability to sleep. I double up on the quantity as my Mother-in-law also takes them so we only pay one postage cost"

"I’ve been taking Nytol tablets for quite a few years but only take a quarter of a tablet, so these last me a very long time. I don’t use them every night just a few nights in a month here and there. If I’ve a lot on my mind and know I’m going to be kept awake by my thoughts I definitely take one. I have checked with my GP regarding current medication and these are perfect for me. I also usually double up as my Mother-in-law uses them too once in a while so we only pay one postage cost. "
