- If you are using these digital scales for the first time, you will need to install the battery. - Select your preferred unit of measurement by pressing the “UNIT” button on the back of the scales to toggle between kilograms (kg), pounds (lb) or stones (st).
- Place the scales on a firm, level surface like a bathroom floor. Avoid carpets or uneven flooring.
- Step on the scales and stand until the digits on the LCD screen stop flashing.
- Your weight will be automatically displayed on the screen for around 6 seconds, after which the scales will power off automatically.
