I have been using Dermol 500 since I have had a fungal infection back in May 2025. As my GP was not prescribing enough for me. I have had to purchase it from Pharmica Pharmacy Online shop. The Dermol 500 is exactly the same product as I have been getting prescribed from my own GP. It is the same quality and it also has an excellent Expiring date. I have purchased this product recently from Pharmica Pharmacy and the expiry date is 12/2026. It is the cheapest that I have saw it online and it's the only company that I would trust especially when it comes to your skin. Postage to Northern Ireland UK is very fast and I am very impressed with my order as it is meticulously packaged and delivered with ultimate care by Royal Mail. I would highly recommend Dermol 500 to anyone. But I personally would advise first time users to check with their Health Care Practitioner first. As it was my GP who recommend it to me.
