"Still waiting for order to arrive - money taken but no parcel has been delivered even though it says it has - Help!!"

I have been in contact as I did not receive my order. I gave an order number but have received nothing back. My order has been paid for but has not arrived. Please do contact me again as I am now getting very short of my eye drops that should have arrived a number of days ago - so it says. It advises that my parcel has been delivered but it hasn't - I can assure you.
