I have always used this company and always been great, Never a problem until now, I was about to start My third pen of Muonjaro, Until price went up, So switched over to Wegovy and had to start from starter dose. After 4 weeks ordered next dose up, Had to state weight, Take video of My body again and video of weight. Then to be told they wanted summery of my medical records which I had to obtain, When you have my GP details and the fact that I have already used 3 pens (12) weeks and lost 2 stone. I cancelled order as im not asking GP for My records
