I ordered melatonin from Pharmica but was sent the wrong medication. Instead of melatonin, I received Aciclovir, an antiviral drug used to treat conditions like chickenpox and shingles. This is a serious error. The only reason I questioned it was because I’ve taken melatonin before and noticed the tablets were much larger than expected. If this had been my first time using melatonin, I may have trusted the pharmacy and taken the medication without realising the mistake. Sending incorrect medication is extremely concerning and could potentially put customers at risk. I would strongly urge better quality control to prevent this from happening again.
