This company took my money for an order placed on 31st August that they were unable to fulfil. Radio silence for days until I chased them repeatedly for an order status update. They finally admitted they couldn't fulfil the order and stated they were cancelling the order and issuing a refund. A full month later I have not had my money refunded, and I have sent countless emails requesting assistance/evidence of a refund so that my bank can investigate and they have failed to provide any information. I've now had to raise a dispute with my bank but still don't have my money. This was my first and definitely last time using this company. AVOID.
