So I tried wegovy and it was shipped promptly, however it unfortunately failed for me. I accidently used the pen wrong and it leaked so I tried to use it again correctly for another dose and it leaked again so I didn't get a full dose and then pen was empty. I was really upset with myself and embarrassed but I did own it and admit I went wrong and I know it can happen to some people, I am only human it happens. However when I was injecting there was no yellow bar showing as I've often heard you get a yellow bar when injecting? and that makes me wonder if the pen is also faulty, not that im trying to make excuses for my error but the pen might be faulty as well. I did talk to the pharmacy and tried to ask for a replacement or refund but they refused because it was my error and I should of done it right the first time which i did understand but it was still disappointing as I thought just as a one off they would be reasonable as the pen is expensive an the first time can go wrong. I even asked if they could kindly do a partial refund since the pen was already used and they still refused but they did offer me £25 out of goodwill which I'm grateful for but surely they could of made it a bit higher? They did say I could send the pen back to them to get it checked just in case there is a fault with the pen and then they could refund me in full which I agreed to but we'll see. My issue is I do think they are quick to keep the money rather than try to find a fair resolution...
