Customer service POOR. I ordered an item that I DID NOT receive. Despite explaining to this company that Royal Mail has marked my item as delivered even though it had not been delivered to my address, this company advised me to ask the neighbours if they had received it. I did so to no avail. I explained this to this company, but they were adamant it had been delivered and to keep asking the neighbours? It’s not my responsibility to search the neighbourhood for a parcel that wasn’t delivered to the right address and although its not your direct fault, you are still liable to dispute this with Royal Mail and offer me a replacement or refund as requested. This company has not bothered to reply to my email hence why I am leaving this review. I will also be taking this up with my bank. First time ordering from this company and it’s safe to say it will be my last.
