I sourced Melatonin 3mg tablets and all was well. My dosage, as decided by my nutritionist, is one 3mg to take 30 mins before sleep each night. So, nearing the end of my supply, I tried to reorder and they would only give me 10 tablets, I retried a couple of days later and still will only sell 10 tablets. So, I found another supplier and have 3 x big bottles of capsules now :-) One 3mg tablet each night is hardly excessive use but Pharmica seem to think so even though it is a natural product!!
