I personally didn't like the product as I had second effects with it. I advise everyone to read the possible effects it causes so u are aware of it. I took 3 tablets and I felt them, unfortunately I had to stop them so I cannot say if its a good medication or not, but knowing the effects it had on me I would say its a good medication as it does what it's meant to. However due to taking only 3 there was no changes on my weight. I still don't regret buying it and giving it a go.
