I ordered an inhaler, payed massive extra for the 2 days delivery. It arrive 3 weeks later, when I called to have some answer or advices they basically told me it was not their responsibility anymore since the product had been sent. Well, when a customer pay EXTRA to have it on time, I believe it is normal to try to help. Specially when the package hasn't been sent on time.

Inhaler that is not even the one I ordered on the website.
