Product was great. Delivery was okay. I wrote on the notes field to leave the package in my recycling cardboard bin and had moved it down the drive to help make this easier. However the Royal-mail office say they cannot do that (as some packages were being stolen from recycle bins). It would help if your website reflects this e.g. please do not ask to leave your package in an insecure place’. The problem Is I am never in and it meant going to the post office to collect. Thanks.
