First time purchase from Pharmica and I will happily order again. I followed the easy steps and I was able to make my order. Which arrived quickly and discreetly. You would have to know what's in it and who it's from to give anything away.

The product itself is extremely effective at 50mg for me. The guidlines say 30 mins to 1 hr before needed. It also says that food may impact the time it takes to kick in.

This is true. If you can time it on an empty stomach you will notice it much sooner and feel it on arousal. Without sounding too off putting I did notice a feeling of pressure in my face, but it all went away once I got to business. I experimented with taking it on an empty stomach and after a meal. After taking right after a meal the full effects showed up part way into the activity. Imagine the feeling of a second wind.

On all occasions it allowed me to perform multiple times over and for longer and really enhanced things accross the board.

I've not noticed any side or after effects.
