Little concern by the company at my missing order. They just said tracking shows it was delivered. I was disappointed at the lack of concern as to my loss and the fact my privacy could have been affected.
After several days my neighbour returned ad apologised for forgetting to put the parcel though my letterbox.
The parcel should be Named addresses only and left at a drop off location or post office.
