Good but not perfect! I suffer with ED and any help to achieve and sustain an erection is much appreciated by both my wife and myself. Spedra is faster to act than other "helpers" we've tried, but it doesn't last as long as we would like. Having said that, the fault most probably lies with me and not the medication and it does a better job than the less expensive alternatives that we've used before.
