Hi ther . I have been used those medication before for a some time . And I was happy for a outcome. Good advise and 100% satisfaction. Take one tablet half an hour before go to bed every other day . So one night I take at 10pm another day I don't take the medication . You can use those medication gor a 1 year then lower the dose from 20 mlgram to 10miligram for a another year . Remember to not break the cycle. That important. Alcohol don't help with that medications.

Certainly does what it is required to do. I tried it because i get some side effects from Sildenafil, as in slight light-headedness shortly after taking and a distinct headache a few hours later, Unfortunately Tadalafil gave me an even worse headache a while after taking, although it did not give me the light-headedness. Because of this I'm sticking to Sildenafil.
If you don't get the side effects then Tadalafil does exactly what's required.
