Very effective. Provides enough for 1 and a half adult big toe nails! Takes months to work. Grow the whole nail out before stopping use. If you run out of product, order some more. This is much cheaper than buying over the counter branded products. I started use 2 years ago, but ran out of lacquer before the second nail was fully healed, and now I'm back at square one. False economy if you stop before treatment fully complete.
