I've been using this for over a year. It's not a quick fix but it definitely works. My 2 big toe nails were black and yellow and nearly falling off due to fungal infection. Now one is completely reattached and looks a normal colour again, the infection has completely cleared. The other nail is half way there. I use it twice a week. I recommend putting the lacquer on the nail as instructed and also under the nail onto the skin if your nails are loose. I thought that due to the severity of my infection that this would not work but as long as you are consistent with realistic expectations that it takes time and you have to wait for the infection to grow out with your nail then it is worth persevering. It takes a while for any improvement to show but when I decided to apply twice a week instead of once it has definitely worked faster. I'll continue to use this no matter what to ensure it does not return.
