Everything in the pack required to address the issue, so no further punches required however it is an expensive drug and at this point can't say for sure how successful it is ,as the course of treatment could be up to 1year.Currently 1 month in , but so far so good.
Maybe these review sites should consider a follow up comment post treatment 🤷🏼
