Tried to sell me a cheaper equivalent but I knew I wanted this brand. The Pharmica system was persistent in changing my chosen brand to the generic but eventually I won my point.

This is a long term challenge so the improvements are slow, while moving in a positive direction. But that's the nature of the condition.
