Hard to really judge. Fungal toe nails require the "long haul", so while improvements are noticeable to myself and my doctor, it is several months in the process. However, stronger alternatives pose health risks and are not worth the effort. So this product, combined with alternative, complementary treatments (cider vinegar foot soaks & nails "ground thinner") are helping towards slow but forward improvements.
