I took this in combination with topical minoxidil solution and also a nutritional supplement (Perfectil Hair). The combination definitely worked for me - my hair became denser at the crown and my daily hair fall became minimal (I hadn't had any improvement with minoxidil alone). I noticed an improvement after about 3 months, maybe slightly earlier. I stopped after about 6 months as I started to wonder whether there had been a subtle effect on my libido, although equally I might have been just imagining it!
