Have not seen much of a result yet, but its only been 2.5 months of daily use and I've read it normally takes over 3 months before you notice the change. I think my hair is getting stronger, I've noticed a but less shredding, but maybe I'm being optimistic. No side effects as of yet. Easy to take.
