I placed an order then received a message to contact the pharmacy, which I did. I was asked to verify who the medication was for, I replied myself. I was then asked my date of birth, which I supplied. The response from the pharmacist was...I am cancelling your order and will refund your money. No explanation, nothing. I then researched the medication. I then found out that due to my age I could not take the medication. Could the pharmacist not have explained that to me? Not happy that he couldn't be bothered to tell me that important fact. No suggestion of what would be age appropriate for me, so nothing good to say.
