The NHS doesn't generally prescribe this any more due to its cost. However, on hot days with a high pollen count it is the only antihistamine that works for me.

This type of anti-hystemine tablet is available over the counter in most countries but not in the UK for some reason. Far more effective and fast acting than other anti-hystemine I've used.
