Laxido orange powder sachets are really good, they dissolve in water to show a completely clear glass of water.
They're action is very good and not like other laxatives, two or three sachets a day to work gently on the system to help loosen you up so you don't need to strain, l like using laxido rather than the other kinds of laxative on the market.
Morning, noon and evening work well for me, and they have a pleasant flavour.
Stir well and wait for the water to become clear before drinking, a glass of laxido can become clear enough to be mistaken for a pure glass of water so be careful.

Its also a good idea to order before you run out, although the delivery time is very quick, sometimes the next day.
