Movicol is a safe and gentle way to keep regular. I suffer from IBS which results in constipation so I usually use it for a few days at a time when my IBS is bad. I have found that it helps with bloating too. I was very pleased to see the plain option (no colourants or artificial sweeteners) and I found the taste of it manageable as I’m not drinking it for its flavour. If however sweeteners etc aren’t an issue for you then they do produce flavoured options too.
