Hi, the problem is that you offered me free postage on my order. Today I received a text from Post Office telling me I had to pay a shipping charge. I filled in the Post Office form, but so far no confirmation has arrived to my email and the product has not been delivered, perhaps stuck in a sorting office somewhere. This hasn't been my typical experience with Pharmica, but it is frustrating.
