Thanks for the Nytol Tablets. Like other people have said, I tend to get between 5 to 7 hours of sleep. With Nytol, I get 9 to 9.5 hours of sleep. It is true we are not meant to use them all the time, but if you are reading this, Nytol (1 a day type) does work wonders.
