An efficient service at a decent price. The first time I tried them, they seemed to not help. However, a few days later I tried one and bingo, I had one of the best night's sleep for a long time. A word of caution, after taking one, wait about half hour before you go to bed, otherwise it may leave you dozy when you do get up, especially if you use an alarm, which I think you should to adjust to local time.

The product it's self I have used 1 a night as direct on the label.. I have found these to help with my anxiety and sleep. Its helping me drift off to sleep and also helping with staying asleep and not having a broken sleep and feeling like you've not slept like I was experiencing before thats why I started taking these. Also they don't make me feel groggy in the mornings like some other sleeping tablets can do.
I shall be pursuing more of this before I run out.
I highly recommend these to anyone who suffers with sleep, falling asleep.
