Have suffered insomnia for some time now. Average nights sleep 3-4 hours. Difficult to fully function during the day. Reluctant to try sleeping pills due to risk of addiction. recommended Melatonin and was surprised to find it was legal to buy online in U.K.
Pharmica conducted a full and honest questionnaire which I found reassuring. Delivery was quickly made with comprehensive advice on usage. Night 1. 1 tablet taken as prescribed. Little difference to sleep but did wake later. Night 2. 2 tablets taken. 6.5 hours sleep!!
Now trying (with aid of a pill cutter) 1.5.
I hope to get into a pattern of better sleep and may need to order a second batch. However would like to think, with pattern established I could be pill free. This product and the online advice has been a true game changer for me. Cannot speak highly enough of product and service. Thank you.
