I find melatonin hit and miss, one night it helped me sleep, the next it didn't...it didn't help me restore my sleep pattern...however my sleep pattern was destroyed by COVID and not jetlag.

I am certain these are fantastic quality tablets, just that they don't work for me but I've had sleep problems for 4 months now.

Don't let my review put you off, I received great service and a great quality product but my insomnia is severe...I've not been able to fall asleep before 6am since I got covid...I don't think anything exists that could fix my insomnia!
