Never received my last parcel contacted the helpdesk twice with no response by email not happy considering to stop my subscription because obviously your customer care is appalling as you don’t answer

Appalling service on customer service emailed twice no answer no answer by phone my parcel never arrived. Spoke to Royal Mail and they said it had been returned as it was damaged. There is no response from you guys and I won’t be using you again.
