arrived too late so not acceptable to be charged if the service can not guarantee delivery and as my tablets can not be ordered in advanced - only so many per month that puts me at a serious disadvantage and hence I ran out despite ordering on time

why are you continuing to use royal mail when they are on strike and normal service and backlog is not estimated to be resolved until February . Why are you not using a courier I waited over 2 weeks for my tablets - that is not good enough
