I suffer from extremely bad migraines which if left untreated can last anything from 6 to 24 hours. Painkillers have very little effect other than to take the edge off the pain however Sumatriptan works without fail every time! within 20 to 40 minutes of taking Sumatriptan the migraine is gone!
