I have a needle phobia that I’ve had for the longest time. I put this on to calm down. Which worked! Especially as they couldn’t get blood and had to do it on both arms like they usually have to. The first arm they took the needle in and out a bit. I could feel the movement but I couldn’t actually feel a thing if that makes sense. I 100% recommended this if you have a needle phobia and need help to relax
