Although expensive these work better than anything else I've tried. I only take them just before bed and it eases my back and shoulder pain enough to get comfortable and sleep well. I can't say I've ever used them in the daytime though so can't really comment on how effective they would be during a normal working day. They're not something I would want to take all day every day (for multiple reasons).
