I ordered Paracetamol - they look like Paracetamol - they work as Paracetamol should - that leads me to deduce I did actually receive Paracetamol, a drug much used and universally hailed as a very effective analgesic in the treatment of mild to moderate pain. I subscribe to this view and it would be churlish of me to rate the product with anything less than 5 stars.
