What is the TENS Machine Digital Pain Reliever?
This easy-to-use device is designed to relieve aches and pains by sending a harmless electrical signal to the affected area of the body. TENS stands for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation, which is a recognised, safe method to relieve both acute and chronic physical pain. The Tens Digital Pain Reliever works in two distinct ways. Firstly, the electrical current blocks the pain signals that the body normally transmits from the affected area through nerve fibres to the brain. Secondly, the device stimulates the production of endorphins, the body’s own natural painkiller.

How do I use the TENS Machine Digital Pain Reliever?
Apply the adhesive gel pads to the affected area and turn on the device’s power button. You can then adjust the intensity of the treatment to suit you. Use for up to 30 minutes at a time, after which the device will make a beep and stop automatically.
If the adhesive pads lose their adhesion or get worn, you can purchase a four-pack of TENS Machine Replacement Pads.
Who is the TENS Machine Digital Pain Reliever NOT suitable for?
- Do not use during pregnancy or labour
- Do not use if you have a pacemakers or other implanted medical device
- Do not use on children
