Pharmica Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges: For safety reasons, we cannot allow medicines to be returned once they have left the pharmacy. As we have to dispose of returned medication, we are not able to process refunds on medication. If you have unwanted medicine, please contact our pharmacy team and we can arrange for you to safely send the medication back to us for disposal.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to defects or damage incurred during transit (e.g., a broken Gaviscon bottle), you may be eligible to return the product for an exchange.

Parcel Rejection at Delivery: You have the right to reject the parcel directly at the door upon delivery if you notice any apparent damage or issues with the product packaging. Such rejections will be treated as returns.

Failed Delivery Attempts Items returned to us due to failed delivery attempts by Royal Mail will also be treated as a return. Please contact our customer service team to resolve any delivery issues and to discuss your options.
