Payed extra for special delivery guaranteed by 1pm the following day to the address I was staying at that weekend (my brothers house) ordered the day before ... Parcel didn’t come into my hands until nearly 3 weeks later after it not being guaranteed special delivery by 1pm in anyway whatsoever, the parcel didn’t arrive until the following week meaning I had to wait until I was able to drive back to my brothers address which is in Leicester (I live in Bedfordshire) nearly 140 mile round trip to go and get the parcel.
If I had known that it wouldn’t have arrived on time for which I payed for I would have just done normal delivery to my home address.

Very unhappy.
