I've been using finasteride for about 18 months. I was sceptical at first. First 4-6 months, nothing really happened. Then over the past year, I found that my hair has thickened, with some regrowth. My bolding seems to have halted. I haven't experienced any side affects at all. I'm pleased with the results.
