I think it helped. I had a very very mild side effect of a but of blurt vision but it was insignificant and didn't stop me doing the task at hand! I used the normal 50mg dose. I dont think I need to go any higher. I found that having an empty tummy or no heavy meals works best - you need to have digested it first.
