Great products works if. Taken at a regular time each night . I take approx 830ish and have the relaxed tired feeling inwould like by 1030.
Obviously everyone qould be different but this is my experience
Rhe peoduct is a chewy gummy texture and has a lovely dark berry flavour , wh9xh is great as i dont like strawberry .
No bitter after taste or residue . No issue . Am a repeat customer.
Use to help me qith my adhd and the inability i have to wind down at the end of a day .
I sleep through the night and find i can get a good 8-9 hrs and dont get left with that groggy tired after feeling.
