I’m not sure how effective these are, it’s not conclusive to bd honest. The first night it seemed to work really well but since I’m not convinced it help me sleep better. I will probably try another purchase to confirm one way or the other.

Perfect for short periods of high anxiety and sleeping problems. I try to take one tablet a night and none the next night for a week for example and it helps a lots with regulating my sleep. Be careful with any other medication that may interact with it though such as Co-codamol!
