Actually works. Don't know why I was a sceptic. I looked into this as my cramps have been painful this year, and my period was due when I would be flying. Started taking it 3 days before my period was due and continued to take it for 5 days and then my period came back in 2-3 days. What I was more worried about was my hormones being out of whack, or weird symptoms or side effects, but all was fine! Just simply delayed my period.
