I take this 3 times a day, either before or after a meal. I'm just back from a week's holiday, all inclusive and had no bloating, no weight gain on the scale and havnt had a gain since I started these a month ago. I have lost inches though and body is looking abit trimmer. Will be re ordering now before my supply runs out.

Does what it says. If you DO eat nuts or fatty food you do need to be aware the stomach WILL revolt and you will need a toilet quickly or trouser accident galore 🤷🏼‍♀️🙈😵‍💫 but keeping a healthy diet these worries goes away . Fab product !!
