I did suffer bowel trouble in the beginning but that has now calmed down.

On first taking bowel movements were several times a day but now more or less back to normal

I have not weighed myself but feel I have lost a few pounds.

I use clothes as a guide but I certainly won't be rushing put yo buy a new smaller wardrobe yet

I have just started my second packet so early days.

I do regular exercise and walk the dog but do not go to the gym
